AllToolsFree provides browser-based utilities for compressing, resizing, cropping, and converting images, merging, splitting, building, and rendering PDF documents, and analyzing, formatting, cleaning, or comparing text. You may use these tools free of charge for lawful personal, academic, or commercial workflows.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the website.

2. User Responsibility for Processed Files and Content

Because all file and text processing happens locally on your device, you are solely responsible for the files, images, PDF documents, and text you choose to process, as well as the resulting output files.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to edit, convert, merge, or split the files you process.
• You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original, unmodified files before using any processing tool.
• You are responsible for inspecting and verifying all downloaded output files before relying on them for important submissions, printing, archiving, or publication.

3. Service Availability and Technical Limitations

AllToolsFree is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accurate and reliable client-side processing, we do not guarantee that every file, encoding variant, or document structure will work in every browser or on every device.

For example, password-protected or encrypted PDFs, corrupted files, unsupported image color spaces, or inputs exceeding safe browser memory limits (such as 50 MB or 16,384 px / 67.1 MP for single-image tools, 30 images / 100 MB total queue for Image to PDF, 100 MB per PDF / 25 files / 150 MB total for PDF Merger, 100 pages per batch for PDF Splitter, 100 MB / 100 pages per batch for PDF to Image, 5 MB for Word Counter and Case Converter, 1 MB for Duplicate Line & Whitespace Cleaner, or 200 KB / 5,000 lines per input panel for Text Diff Checker) cannot be processed.

4. Plain-Language Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllToolsFree and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss—including loss of data, corrupted output files, formatting changes, or inaccurate word/character estimates—arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools on this website.

Always verify your output files and keep original backups of important documents.
